El desarrollador creó la aplicación BannerMania como una aplicación gratuita. Este SERVICIO se proporciona sin costo alguno y está destinado a ser utilizado tal cual. Los términos utilizados en esta Política de Privacidad tienen los mismos significados que en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, a menos que se defina de otra manera en esta Política de Privacidad.

Esta página se utiliza para informar a los visitantes sobre nuestras políticas con respecto a la recopilación, uso y divulgación de Información Personal si alguien decide utilizar nuestro Servicio.

Recopilación y uso de información:

Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el uso de la aplicación móvil BannerMania (en adelante, "la Aplicación"). Al descargar o usar la aplicación, estos términos se aplicarán automáticamente a ti, por lo que debes asegurarte de leerlos cuidadosamente antes de usar la aplicación.

2. Definiciones

• Aplicación: Se refiere a BannerMania, una aplicación móvil diseñada para crear carteles o marquesinas virtuales.
• Usuario: Cualquier persona que descargue, instale o utilice la Aplicación.
• Datos del Usuario: Información proporcionada por el Usuario, o por el dispositivo o por el sistema operativo.

3. Privacidad y Seguridad

La aplicación almacena y procesa datos que son propios del uso, para proporcionar el servicio pero nada es compartido o persistido en almacenamientos o servidores externos a tu dispositivo.

La Aplicación está diseñada para funcionar completamente sin conexión a Internet. Todos los datos se almacenan localmente en el dispositivo del Usuario y no se transmiten a servidores externos. La seguridad de los datos depende del uso que el usuario le da a la aplicacion y las medidas de protección implementadas en el dispositivo del Usuario.

4. Uso de la Aplicación

El Usuario se compromete a:

• Utilizar la Aplicación de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable.
• No intentar descompilar, realizar ingeniería inversa o modificar la Aplicación.
• No utilizar la Aplicación para fines ilegales o no autorizados.

5. Responsabilidades del Usuario

El Usuario es el único responsable de:

• La seguridad de su dispositivo. Es responsabilidad del usuario mantener tu teléfono y el acceso a la aplicación seguros
• La precisión y legalidad de los datos almacenados en la Aplicación.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. El desarrollador/es no es responsable por:

• Pérdida de datos debido a fallos del dispositivo.
• Acceso no autorizado a los datos del Usuario debido a la falta de seguridad en su dispositivo.
• Cualquier daño directo, indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado del uso de la Aplicación.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con la Aplicación, incluyendo pero no limitado a derechos de autor, marcas comerciales, código fuente, diseños y logotipos, son propiedad exclusiva de los desarrolladores de BannerMania

8. Modificaciones de los Términos y Condiciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor inmediatamente después de su publicación en la Aplicación. El uso continuado de la Aplicación después de dichas modificaciones constituirá su aceptación de los nuevos términos.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BannerMania mobile application (“the App”). Upon downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you, so please be sure to read them carefully before using the App.

• Application: It refers to BannerMania, a mobile application designed to create virtual billboards or marquees.
• User: Any person who downloads, installs, or uses the Application.
• User Data: Information provided by the User, or by the device or by the operating system.

3. Privacy and Security

The application stores and processes data that is unique to the use, to provide the service but nothing is shared or persisted on storages or servers external to your device.
